We currently have a:

• Two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at PARK PLACE APARTMENTS expected to open up LATE this December 2024. It should be ready on or around January 1, 2025. This is the only unit currently available, and the only one we expect to have available until May 2025.

Please note: Rates will vary from unit to unit, but usually the rates listed here are accurate and updated. We have units where all bills and utilities are paid, and others where only a few services are paid for by your property management company.
